Union Bank Foreclosure Listings

Union Bank is a regional bank that is almost 150 years old.  In July of 2014, Union Bank changed their name to MUFG Union Bank.  The new Union Bank is now an international bank and a member of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group with assets of $2.5 trillion dollars.  The companies headquarters are located in New York City.

Union Bank has 398 retail branches in California, Washington and Oregon.   As a function of their mortgage lending services, Union Bank has foreclosure properties for sale.  Union Bank maintains a website to make this easy for home buyers interested in their inventory of foreclosure properties.

The Union Bank foreclosure website provides a search function and basic property information about the home that is offered.  Property information is very basic and other information source may be needed to gather additional information and photos of the property being sold.  The bank’s contact person–usually a real estate agent–is provided.   In addition to single family homes, the site offers commercial properties for sale by the bank.
